Where Cosindra is available

Cosindra works in almost every country. A few places are limited, either because of sanctions law or because the companies we rely on for payments, model generation and GPUs do not serve them. We go by the country that our network provider, Cloudflare, sees for your connection.
Fully supported
Every country not listed below can use all of Cosindra: accounts, the web workspaces, cloud chat, plans and credit packs, and the desktop app. That includes Türkiye and Ukraine, apart from the occupied regions named below.

- North Korea
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
From Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus you cannot create an account, use any cloud feature (the web workspaces, cloud chat, uploads and downloads of results), buy a plan, credits or a pass, or download the desktop app.
We do not delete or change existing accounts. If you already have one, you can still see your account, cancel a renewal and close the account.
Occupied regions of Ukraine
Use from the occupied Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine is not permitted. A network location cannot tell these regions apart from the rest of Ukraine, so our Terms of Service, not an automatic check, set this rule. The rest of Ukraine is fully supported.
Generation not available
- Afghanistan
- Myanmar
- Venezuela
The model and GPU providers behind our generation do not serve Afghanistan, Myanmar and Venezuela. From these countries, cloud chat and the generation steps of the web workspaces (BlueprintStudio, WorldWeaver, MaterialForge, LaunchKit and the others that send work to those providers) are not available.
You can still create an account and sign in, rig characters in RigMaster (it runs on our own servers), download results you already made, and buy plans or credits.
Payments not available
- Sudan
- Central African Republic
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Eritrea
- Guinea-Bissau
- Iraq
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Mali
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Yemen
Our payment provider does not support these countries, so plans, credit packs, trials and passes cannot be bought from them. Everything else works, including the free credits every account gets.
When we cannot tell your country
If our network cannot tell where a connection comes from, for example over Tor, everything works except checkout.
Sanctions lists
Wherever you are, you may not use Cosindra if you are listed on, or acting for someone listed on, a United Nations, United States, European Union or United Kingdom sanctions list.
