Changelog
Release notes for the Cosindra desktop app (Windows & macOS). The app updates itself automatically — this page is the record of what each update brought. Download the latest version.
v1.3.3
LatestSeptember 6, 2026- Fixes a crash at launch in 1.3.2. If 1.3.2 will not open on your machine, download this version and install it over it — your settings and sign-in are kept
v1.3.2
September 6, 2026- MaterialForge inside the app: generate a whole material pack from one brief, then apply packs and adjustments straight into your project as material presets
- WorldWeaver can now request the materials a world needs and hand them to MaterialForge
- New Niagara tools for the AI agent: build particle systems from scratch, not just canned presets
- Texture and material tools: import textures with correct map types, set texture parameters, create material instances, assign materials — and a delete that checks references first
- Sturdier project setup: a plugin update no longer touches the project while the Unreal Editor has it open, and the app tells you to close the editor instead
- The local server is now a shared service: the desktop app and the new VS Code / Cursor extension can drive the same editor session
- Diagnostics: the local server log now lives in the Cosindra data folder, in one place for every platform
v1.3.1
August 5, 2026- Reliable editor connection: ports are now assigned automatically, so another app using the same port can no longer block or crash the connection
- Fixed: creating an account inside the setup wizard left the app signed out until the next restart
- Browser prompts now correctly say "Open Cosindra?" when applying from the website
- WorldWeaver: rectangular worlds build true to the preview, terrain arrives fully colored, and building a new world no longer risks an editor crash
- Better connection diagnostics so setup problems can be found and fixed faster
- AI agents (bring-your-own-key): accurate per-agent modes, a usage panel, tidier commands, and Gemini/Cursor setup fixes
- Template fixes that ship with the app: day-night cycle actually cycles, atmosphere presets aim the sun correctly, sturdier template runs
v1.3.0
July 21, 2026- Apply Blueprints directly from web share and gallery pages
- Save-guard prompt protects unsaved editor work before applies

- Model selector in the assistant
