What are credits?

Credits are one wallet for everything: chat AND product generations (Blueprint 10, WorldWeaver 6, MaterialForge 4, RigMaster 15 credits) draw from the same monthly pool. Chat costs by model tier: Free 1, Standard 2, Premium 10, Ultra 20, Flagship (Claude Fable) 40 credits per message. Questions that don't touch your editor are free on free/standard models. Very heavy agentic turns can bill up to 2.5x — never more, and you always see the cap up front. There are no daily caps. BYOK (own API key) messages cost 0 credits.

Can I connect my Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, or Gemini Advanced account?

Yes. Sign in to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini from inside Cosindra and your existing AI account works automatically — no extra cost on top of what you already pay them. You can also bring API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) instead. Either way, BYOK messages cost 0 credits and your credentials are stored locally with OS-level encryption (Keychain on macOS, DPAPI on Windows). Pro and Elite plans bundle BYOK on top of your monthly credits at no extra cost.

What is the BYOK plan?

The BYOK plan ($9.99/mo) is for developers who already pay for Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, or Gemini Advanced — or who own API keys. You sign in once, then send unlimited messages through your own AI account. You also get all Pro-tier tools, 5 projects, and 150 platform credits a month for product generations (Blueprint, WorldWeaver, MaterialForge, RigMaster). Need a bigger credit pool? Pro and Elite include BYOK on top.

What happens during the free trial?

New Starter users get a 50-credit signup gift plus a 10-day BYOK trial — connect any AI login (Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Advanced) or your own API key for unlimited messages with all models. After the trial, you keep Starter with 30 credits/month, free + standard models, and full apply-to-UE5.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

Your wallet refills automatically at the start of each cycle, and upgrading takes effect immediately with a prorated charge — so a bigger plan is the fastest way to keep building. Credit top-up packs are planned but not available yet.

What Unreal Engine versions are supported?

Cosindra supports UE 5.7 and 5.8. The native C++ plugin is compiled for each version and auto-injected into your project.

What is the ⚡ Pro Engine?

The AI Product Studio (Blueprint, WorldWeaver, MaterialForge) normally runs on our fast standard model. The Pro Engine is a per-generation toggle that runs that specific generation on our most capable model instead — for complex blueprints or tricky prompts. It costs +5 credits per generation on paid plans; BYOK users generating with their own API key don't pay it.

What happens when I run out of credits or generations?

Nothing breaks. Your credit wallet refills monthly — chat and product generations share that one wallet. BYOK users keep chatting through their own AI account without spending credits at all. You'll always see a clear message — never a surprise charge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts. You can also pause your subscription for 1-2 months instead of cancelling.
