End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA” or “License”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Cosindra (“Licensor”) governing your use of the Cosindra software, including the desktop application, local MCP server, Unreal Engine plugin, and web platform (collectively, the “Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

This License should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and your active subscription (if applicable), Cosindra grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your own game development purposes.

This License does not constitute a sale of the Software. You are granted a right to use the Software, not ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Cosindra.

2. License Scope

  • Per-Seat License — Each license is tied to a single Cosindra account. One account may be used by one individual only.
  • Commercial Use — You may use the Software for commercial game development projects. Games and applications you create using the Software are yours.
  • Device Limit — You may install the Software on multiple devices, but only one active session per account is permitted at any time.
  • Plan-Based Features — Access to certain tools, models, and features is determined by your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Elite, Studio).

3. Software Components

The Software consists of the following components, all covered by this License:

  • Desktop Application — The Electron-based client for AI-assisted game development
  • Local MCP Server — The on-device server binary that facilitates communication between AI models and the Unreal Engine Editor
  • Unreal Engine Plugin — The C++ plugin (CosindraMCP) that integrates with the UE5 Editor to execute AI-directed operations
  • Web Platform — The web-based interface at cosindra.ai for account management, product features, and documentation

4. Restrictions

You expressly agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or internal structure of any part of the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or sell the Software or any part thereof to any third party
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software
  • Extract, copy, or reuse any system prompts, agent instructions, tool definitions, AI configuration data, or prompt engineering embedded in or transmitted by the Software
  • Use the Software or any knowledge derived from it to develop, market, or operate a product or service that competes with Cosindra
  • Share, publish, or redistribute the local MCP server binary, desktop application installer, or Unreal Engine plugin to unauthorized users
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any licensing, authentication, usage tracking, or security mechanisms in the Software

5. Plugin Source Code

The Cosindra Unreal Engine plugin may include source code files (.cpp, .h) provided solely for the purpose of compilation within your Unreal Engine project. This source code remains the exclusive intellectual property of Cosindra and is provided under a limited, compilation-only license.

You may not:

  • Use the plugin source code outside of the Cosindra ecosystem or for any purpose other than compiling the plugin within your UE5 project
  • Extract, copy, or repurpose any portion of the plugin code for use in other projects, tools, or products
  • Redistribute the plugin source code or compiled binaries to third parties
  • Modify the plugin in ways that circumvent licensing, authentication, or usage tracking

6. Extension Mode & Third-Party AI Tools

The Software may integrate with third-party AI tools (such as Claude Agent CLI or Codex CLI) through Extension Mode. When using Extension Mode:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your own subscription with the third-party AI provider and complying with their terms of service
  • All AI usage costs in Extension Mode are between you and the third-party provider — Cosindra does not intermediate or assume responsibility for these charges
  • Cosindra does not access, store, or transmit your third-party authentication credentials
  • Cosindra is not responsible for the behavior, output, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI tools
  • Product features (Blueprint generation, WorldWeaver) used through Extension Mode remain subject to your Cosindra plan limits

7. AI-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Software, including game assets, blueprints, source code, materials, levels, and any other creative output generated through or with the assistance of the Software.

Cosindra does not claim ownership of your AI-generated content. However:

  • Cosindra does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of any AI-generated output
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code, assets, and modifications before integrating them into production builds
  • AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works — you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable intellectual property laws

8. Updates & Modifications

Cosindra may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. The desktop application includes an auto-update mechanism that will notify you of available updates.

  • Updates may add, modify, or remove features
  • Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes
  • Cosindra reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions at any time
  • You may not disable or circumvent the auto-update mechanism except as explicitly permitted by the Software's settings

9. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA or the Terms of Service.

  • Cosindra may suspend or terminate your License immediately upon violation of this EULA
  • You may terminate this License at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling all copies of the Software
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession
  • Sections 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination of this License

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. COSINDRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COSINDRA OR ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Without limiting the foregoing, Cosindra is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated code, assets, blueprints, or modifications to your Unreal Engine projects, including but not limited to build failures, runtime errors, data loss, or security vulnerabilities introduced by AI-generated output.

12. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to this License shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
