Give the graph a clear job.

A useful brief explains what starts the mechanic, what changes and when it stops.

Describe behavior, not just a theme

Name the actor, input or event, state changes, conditions and timing. Include whether the mechanic belongs to a Character or a general Actor.

A Character sprint mechanic. While the sprint input is held, increase walking speed. Restore normal speed when released. Keep both speed values editable.

Start from a template

Templates provide focused starting points. Read the setup requirements and adapt values to your project; an example graph does not automatically know your existing assets or input mappings.

Refine with a specific change

Inspect the result first. Ask for a concrete correction or extension instead of repeating the whole request without explaining the problem. Check the quoted cost before generating again.
